Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original BURGA packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit, including all original tags and inserts.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
